Deep tissue is a more intensive massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. The pressure is deeper and we will use trigger point therapy, stretching and some dry cupping focusing on releasing chronic muscle tension or knots. This massage is excellent for chronic tightness, scar formation, repetitive strain or regular high-intensity exercisers.
